If you have any questions about your booking, you’ll find the answers below. If you’ve booked a tour, most details are also included in your order confirmation, which should have been sent to you by email.

  • First, please check your spam/junk and trash folders. If you still can’t find an email from us, it’s possible the email address was misspelled when the booking was made.

    No worries — just send us an email and we’ll resend your order confirmation manually.

  • Go to the tour you’d like to book and click “Book now.” Choose your date and time slot, then enter the number of guests and complete the booking.

  • We’ll always do our best to help. If your preferred new time is available, we’ll update the booking in our system and send you a confirmation.

  • Tours can’t be cancelled due to weather conditions such as rain or cold temperatures.

    However, if the forecast predicts very strong winds or thunderstorms, we may need to cancel the tour and close the park or the via ferrata for safety reasons. If we cancel, you will of course be fully reimbursed, and we’ll contact you in advance with updated information.
